Since we own the inventory in your stores until the time you sell it, we are more focused on the end consumer than traditional suppliers. The data analysis an SBT program provides enables us to perform SKU rationalization at a higher level, ensuring we have the correct mix of products in your stores at the correct inventory threshold. We simply cannot afford to have inventory in your stores that is not selling, nor can we afford the loss in sales that out of stocks create.
